Is there a way to change the H264 encoder bitrate while it is running?  I would like to adjust the bit rate when in constant bit rate mode.  I see the 'AW_MPI_VENC_SETRcParam' API has been commented out.  Is there another way to do it?

Does the AW_MPI_VENC_SetFrameRate function work while the encoder is running?

If I wanted to change the bitrate and/or framerate, do I just stop receiving pictures or do I have to reset the encoder?

You might need to remove the word 'Sony' from the description. Taobao may be flagging it as counterfeit.

My problem...
I want to setup two channels with different resolutions from the same sensor.  One channel is 1080p and the other is 720p.  I can create the VIPP for my sensor with the 1080p resolution and bind it to the encoder.  Works fine.  But there doesn't seem to be a way to ask the VI to scale down the image to 720p for the second channel.  Is there a way to do this?  Currently, I am doing a AW_MPI_VI_GetFrame on the second VI channel and then using G2D to scale down the image before I send it along to the encoder.  That works but I am surprised I can't just ask the VI to do that.

Getting the V5 board up on Aliexpress will make things much easier for international customers.

When you put it up, please create a bundle with the board, two cameras, flash and wifi. That will allow us to order the bundle with air express and only get one express fee, not five.

Alternatively I can order through the taobao consolidating warehouse, but that is a real mess if one of the bundle pieces doesn't arrive on time.
