Keto Forcera In general, if we want to maintain good health, we should never eliminate anything 100% from our daily menu so as not to punish the body. As I said before, carbohydrates will give us the energy we need. Low carbohydrate diets are diets that are designed to lose weight quickly, but they are not diets to do for a long time since these have their risks as I mentioned earlier. There are some foods that are allowed although they contain carbohydrates. Foods that contain white flour Keto Forcera sugar are not allowed on the low carbohydrate diet. On the other hand, most fruits are restricted but there are some that are allowed. The number of grams of carbohydrates allowed varies by person. Some may take 20 grams of carbohydrates, while other people may take 50 to 60 grams per day, that has to be valued by a doctor or specialist. Whenever it is not advised by a doctor, we will take 2 slices of whole wheat bread for breakfast, since in the morning it is when we need to have more energy Keto Forcera the only way is with certain carbohydrates. We must include in our breakfast a good contribution of protein, which we must take all day, but especially it is good to take them in the morning since as we have all day to burn their calories, we will lose weight faster. We must include fruits Keto Forcera vegetables in our diet. These are going to give us vitamins, minerals, Keto Forcera fibers, in addition to being low in calories, which will not make us fat.

ÿþSure, there s a bit of the Sock Racer and custom nike Air Flow in there, but the Presto took the sock-like idea to a bold and innovative new level.Since it launched in mid-November of 2008, we ve seen some awesome concepts that were only the stuff of dreams come into fruition, and we ve listed here some of the standouts that display these color/material/detail options proudly. Refresh your memory on these unforgettable creations below.Continue reading to see the best graphics and colorways to ever hit the famous Air Presto.Just how does Nike Basketball measure your mind-blowing eight-inch vertical?

Designed by Tinker Hatfield s brother Tobie (also the brains behind Free technology), the Air Presto was marketed as a t-shirts for your foot . And that s basically what they were, right down to the XXS-XL unisex sizing system. Also just like t-shirts, the mesh upper lended itself to a plethora of colors and prints, becoming one of the first shoes to pioneer the now very common myer nike graphic-printed trend. Since Y2K, the sleek, simplistic, and ultra-comfortable design has become nothing short of a bona-fide sneaker classic. With the shoe returning yet again this summer, we thought we d take a look back at some of its greatest releases ever.

Nike celebrated the 25th Anniversary of the Air Max 90 with several different nike auburn varieties of the silhouette anchored by the iconic Infrared theme. It appears that the same will apply for the Air Max 95 Neon , because after getting a first look at the Safari pair yesterday, it appears that the traditional colorway is getting a fully reflective upper. This new take on the 95 is a tribute to the reflective panels on the heel spine as well as the tongue wishbone , which originally featured the bright reflective detailing for twenty years. These are slated to release in August, so stay tuned for an official release date.

While the brand wars have been well documented in the nike myer NFL and NBA, Major League Baseball is a bit of a mixed affair and the competition between the labels is fairly even across the board. Nike is going to make a big push to stand out on this Sunday s Mother s Day holiday with these Player Exclusive colorways of the Lunar Vapor Trout, Air Max MVP Elite, and Air MVP Pro draped in a lush pink and a light film of floral detailing. Unfortunately none of the three PEs will be available for purchase, but you ll get to feast your eyes on these during the games this Sunday. Get a detailed look below.

Kyrie Irving is unfortunately out for the remainder of the Cavs season, but that doesn t mean the young ballers can t continue to emulate his style with the help of this upcoming kids-only edition of the Nike Kyrie 1 . The new look for Kyrie s first signature shoe features a Hyper Grape mesh upper with Lemon Frost, University Blue, and bright red accents throughout for a bold and colorful look to ensure youthful appeal. One last touch is a yellow-to-blue faded treatment for each Swoosh. This kids Kyrie 1 launches at select Nike retailers beginning this Saturday, June 13th.

The slimmed-down and hole-filled Nike Air Max 1 Ultra Moire is back with some new looks for fall. With no signs of the tonal colorways nike sliders womens trend ending anytime soon, this new edition of the modified Air Max 1 opts for an all Midnight Navy look from the top of the tongue to the bottom of the sole. Oh wait, there is some black, which is applied minimally to the tongue and heel Nike branding. Fans of the late night shade of blue can pick these up at select Nike Sportswear retailers soon. The upper has switched between performance Megafuse and suede in the past, and here this new Black/Chrome aesthetic manages to make a black suede [Image: nike sliders womens-274emg.jpg] feel right at home next to the Posite overlay.

To be fair, players show up in athletic shape

Indianapolis Colts general manager Chris Ballard keeps collecting draft chips. He figures it gives him better odds to hit it big.One year after moving back three spots in the first round and making four second-round selections Dwayne Haskins Jersey White , Ballard did it again Thursday by sending the No. 26 overall pick to the Washington Redskins for two second-round picks. Indy will now select at No. 34, courtesy of last year's deal with the New York Jets, at No. 46, thanks to the Redskins, and at No. 59, their own pick on Friday, plus they've added the Redskins' second-round pick in 2020."It was just a chance to pick up a 2020 second-round pick, we thought the value was good and we thought there was still good enough value to be there in the second round to move back," Ballard said. "We think the ability of having three seconds, we thought that was the strength of how we had it lined up."It's all part of a plan.Ballard knew it would be difficult to replicate last year's successes. He had five picks in the first two rounds, found starters with each of his first three choices and Indy's first two selections — left guard Quenton Nelson and linebacker Darius Leonard — became the first rookie teammates to become first-team All-Pros since Gale Sayers and Dick Butkus with the Chicago Bears in 1965.At Monday's pre-draft news conference, Ballard told reporters that the Colts had eight players targeted in the first round. And though he acknowledged some were still available when Indy went on the clock, he still opted for Plan B: Moving out of the first round for better value in the second. In fact, he hinted at the prospect of a trade when he joked with reporters that he might not speak again until Friday."I kind of had a feeling (Monday), I don't know why," he said. "Sometimes you just have a feeling. I had a feeling we would have a chance to get out and it would be the best thing for us long term."He may not be finished dealing, either. In three seasons with the Colts, he has now made eight trades involving trade picks though he knew this one might not be well-received."We've got a room full of people, we've got you all sitting here, I get it, everyone wants you to pick a player," he said. "But I'm pretty patient. I don't panic, we don't panic, we stay true to what we're looking at on the board."The Colts now have 10 picks this weekend including their own third-rounder, No. 89 overall, on Friday.__ Washington Redskins training camp opens this week on Thursday, giving fans some—almost—actual football to follow." />Skip to main contentclockmenumore-arrownoyesHogs Haven homepageHorizontal - WhiteHogs Havena Washington Redskins communityFollow Hogs Haven online:Follow Hogs Haven on TwitterFollow Hogs Haven on FacebookLog in or sign upLog InSign UpSite searchSearchSearchHogs Haven main menuFanpostsFanshotsSectionsRedskinsMastheadOddsShopCommunity GuidelinesStubHubMoreAll 321 blogs on Horizontal - WhiteFanposts Fanshots Sections Looks Like Someone Has A Sixpack Of The MondaysDaily SlopRedskins RecapsEDTI am not sure about everyone else here, but I was not a big “camp” guy when I was a kid. I grew up in the sticks down in southern Maryland, where every day in the summer was camp. The woods, a creek and open fields were the backdrop of pretty much every summer day I can recall, and when we left the house in the morning to meet up with the other kids in the neighborhood (a loose term given there were three houses on my street surrounded by fields of tobacco Wes Martin Jersey , corn and soy beans), we wouldn’t return home until dark (lunch was not something you stopped a game of capture the flag deep in the woods to have). I would say I was probably just not in a place where camps were a big thing, because when I got to college, everyone talked about summer camps they had gone to since they were young. My family also didn’t do any tent-camping, either. Like I said, we kind of already lived in an extremely rural area where we could look out of our window and see huge groups of deer running through, or we could listen out of our windows and hear just about every form of animal call/scream you can imagine. (As a grown man, I now know that those animal yelps were really one of two things: animals getting eaten, or animals getting it on...but I digress.)Being a Redskins fan was something I don’t remember being “taught,” meaning as long as I can remember, I was just always in love with football and the burgundy and gold. “Camp” to me meant only ONE thing in life: football players were reporting to get the season started. In fact, some of you remember that there was a time when camp meant watching the Washington Redskins and Pittsburgh Steelers bang up against each other on standard definition television sets, while the likes of Glenn Brenner and George Michael narrated the many battles that ensued. Bright gold jerseys, chippy one-on-one drills and a lot of Mark Rypien’s name being pronounced pretty much every way you can imagine...that’s camp to me. I always wonder if football players reporting to camp have that same dread that so many kids claim to have had ahead of their own camp experiences. The training room tables full of McDonald’s burgers in the days of The Hogs probably represented a far better culinary experience than what most camp food offered kids, but having your head beat in by fellow monster athletes in the hot August sun on a football field would have to take a strong second-place to craft time at Camp Whatevermazoo. The other major sports don’t have anything that matches up to the NFL’s training camp...at least in my humble opinion. Spring training in the MLB is sexy, in that it generally takes place in sunny Florida beach towns, or other resort destinations, but how many baseball fans are watching as much spring training as football fans watch training camp? I feel like I watch way more video of training camp practice than I do of Nationals spring training games (and I love the Nats as much as anything). Almost nobody even knows when the NHL begins their training, and since it is on ice, it just looks like regular practice anyway. The NBA is so littered with summer leagues and exhibition leagues that compete with the same at the high school and college levels, there is no real buildup to when a team actually gets going in earnest to prepare for the beginning of the season. In fact, most sports fans can really only name when football and baseball season actually start. Think about it—unless you are a hardwood or ice rink fanatic, you might actually miss the first game or two of those regular seasons because a) those games are barely better/different than the preseason games and b) FOOTBALL IS ON!!!! (I say this as a MONSTER Caps and Wiz fan that is amazed every year when my friends have no idea that these seasons are underway.)Sure, the NFL is so popular that we know way too much about way too much, but that is how we like it, and that is the world we have made for ourselves. Training camp is a part of the summer experience for every football fan, and it is ON THE CALENDAR. Just the act of reporting—or not reporting—is the kind of news that we hang on, and folds neatly into the age of the salary cap/mega-contracts/superstar divas that colors the manner in which we view our teams and their chances for the upcoming season. In addition to seeing who shows up, training camp allows a lot of fanbases to once again focus only on their team. Think about it—sure, every team has beat reporters putting out stories all year long, but the NFL news of the day throughout most of the offseason is hyper-focused on superstars and the perennial winners. Whether we like it or not Womens Bryce Love Jersey , we have to wade through Tom Brady, Jerry Jones, Rob Gronkowski and Todd Gurley headlines most of the offseason (we all watch, of course). When players and coaches report, the focus in every NFL city is back to being on its own team. In what other sport are postseason hopes greater—across the board— than in the NFL? I mean, fanbases of every kind are known to be insufferably optimistic, but I have always thought that there are more NFL fans who have no business dreaming of watching their teams in the playoffs doing so than in the other majors. One reason why I believe this? I’m a Redskins fan. There was a time when training camp was designed to get players physically ready for the season. These guys had other jobs the rest of the year. They literally needed the month or so to get back into shape, gutting their way through two-a-days (in pads!!) with coaches who showed no mercy throughout the process. There would be congressional hearings if NFL teams tried to conduct those same training camps today that were the rule back then. You can argue that today’s athletes are bigger and stronger than they were 25 years ago, but football players today couldn’t carry the jocks of the actual men from yesteryear who had the balls to knock each other’s brains in by day, while chain-drinking cold cans of cheap beer by night. Don’t get me started on the equipment and facilities they used to use versus what players use now, either. I mean, can we all just take a second to tip our hat to the poor bastards who used to lace up some Chuck Taylor cleats (yeah, they existed) and take bone-crunching hit after bone-crunching hit all day long in the August sun in between 100-yd gassers and Oklahoma drills? Today we have players who would call their agent and lawyer if a coach asked them to do half of that before the season started.  (for the most part). Their million-dollar salaries afford them the ability to train at state-of-the-art facilities year-round, or at their university’s facilities for the lesser-paid guys (you won’t find many hanging out at Planet Fitness is my point). The complexity of modern offensive schemes has coaches utilizing way more film and meeting room time these days, which is fine so long as guys are ready for September. It makes for a different kind of camp news cycle than it used to be, but none of us is really complaining. We still get to see some guys whizzing the ball through the air, and we get to see speed and athleticism on the news each night. Further, it ain’t a MINIcamp, which means that we wake up tomorrow and get to see more all the way until the season starts. All of this is to WELCOME the official start to football. Training camp is not the offseason, is it? We are underway when players report, right? And what are we paying the MOST attention to at this point? INJURIES, of course. All we want in life is to see our guys make it to September in one piece, able to stick it to our opponents on Sundays. I know injuries have always been—and always will be—part of the sport of football, but today’s training camp feels more like an exercise in holding our breath than actually watching guys get ready to play. Again, not a complaint as much as an observation. I don’t know if it’s better or not, because I am too busy wondering who is beating who in one-on-one drills and how tight a spiral Dwayne Haskins is throwing when he launches one 60 yards down the field. Folks...here you go...here it comes...I do this ONCE a year: We made it!!! We lived on offseason crumbs, free agency morsels and the feast that is the draft, knowing that we would need to conserve our energy for a very long June and part of July. The next time we meet here for a Sixpack, we will have news from the field to discuss. We will see how things are shaping up in the camps of our rivals and we will be able to begin charting our course for the playoffs! Because we are totally going to the playoffs...

A brilliant play by a cagey veteran QB
Posted by: zhangzk - 01-17-2020, 03:09 AM - Forum: General Discussion on Lindenis V5 - No Replies

The Steelers have more self-contained drama than a Supreme Court nomination this season. So today Jerome Bettis Jersey White , even when Antonio Brown talked about being focused on the team goals, there was still a bit of an undercurrent.Via Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com, Brown told reporters to “Watch the tape” a number of times when asked about his decreased production, and pointed out that he’s doing all he can.“My statistics are already there. I’ve already done everything from a statistical point,” Brown said. “Obviously, it’s out of my control. I can’t throw it to myself. But what’s important is we continue to win. I’m getting a lot of respect out there. Guys are doubling me, tripling me. But what’s new? We’ve got to continue to win. Winning is most important. Obviously I think I’m the top-rated receiver from 2010 [among] who’s in the league. It’s all about winning at this point.”There’s a lot in that quote, from selfless team-first mentality, to the pointed reality that Brown’s not putting up numbers the way he had. He’s third in the league with 42 targets, but he has just 24 catches for 210 yards. He’s second on his own team in both receptions and yards behind JuJu Smith-Schuster (27 for 356).There’s also the small mater of his previous turbulence, which included missing a day of work for a personal matter, a questionable Twitter reply, and a sideline outburst at new offensive coordinator聽Randy Fichtner. His tone apparently wasn’t as abrasive as last week, and Brown’s words were, on their face, still team-facing.“It’s all about winning a championship, getting in the Hall of Fame,” Brown said. “It’s bigger than me. Bigger than stats. I’m trying to do something special. As long as we continue to win, the number will add up themselves. I’m still doing my job, regardless of if the ball is coming. I’m still running full speed, being a professional. Just gotta continue to do what’s right.”It’s not hard to see a few between-the-lines references in his words James Conner Jersey White , and Brown remains confident he’s still the kind of dominant player he has been. A win over the Buccaneers naturally turned down the heat, but things in Pittsburgh continue to simmer. Oh, by the way, Le'Veon Bell‘s still not there. The Steelers won their Week 8 game against the team that is likely the worst in the NFL. While it is always a good thing to win a game you should, and infinitely better than the alternative, a win like that doesn’t really move the needle of how the fans view the Steelers. What should affect your view of the Steelers is the strengths and growth the Steelers showed in this game.Let’s start with a defense that lost Stephon Tuitt, the Steelers best player before he was injured in Week 6.T.J. Watt isn’t the only Steelers OLB playing great footballBud Dupree is lined up just outside the LT.Bud Dupree starts with a step to engage the LT. Then, seeing that the LT is doubling Cameron Heyward and the RG is coming across to seal him out, absolutely explodes into the backfield and lights up the RB for a loss. Dupree’s explosive athleticism has always been a weapon, but this season he is showing comfort on the right side of the defense, and his decision making has improved and sped up. But this is just a bonus play, because later in the game they would try a similar strategy of doubling Heyward and sending the RG at Dupree.Dupree is on the right side of the screen, lined up over the TE.This play is even better. The LT engages Cam Heyward and the TE hits Heyward to keep him out of the run lanes. Heyward responds by throwing the LT to the ground, and he is there to make the tackle. This is Cam Heyward being his usual dominant self, but the play works because Dupree pinches onto Heyward’s sied and gets inside the RG that is pulling to clear him out. Dupree gets inside the guard and anchors, forcing the RB to either cut really wide outside, or head back into the middle. This is the kind of plays that Bud Dupree has been making much more reliably this season, it will continue to be an important aspect of the Steelers defense as they try to continue to excel with Stephon Tuitt out.Mason is finding his rhythmI promised after Week 6 that I would revisit Mason Rudolph and his timing and anticipation. I hoped I would get to show improvement, and I’m happy and surprised to get to do just that.Diontae Johnson is the WR at the top of the screen. You may recognize this play as the 3rd down conversion that kick-started the Steelers offense. Diontae Johnson runs a great route with a sharp cut, but this time the ball is there in rhythm for an easy catch before the sideline. This is the exact improvement we’ve been waiting to see from Mason Rudolph, and it’s a big step. Any expectations that he could be a quality NFL QB were on hold because he hadn’t shown he could make these kind of throws.Rudolph reads the defense Womens Jerome Bettis Jersey , looks to Johnson, and makes the throw before Johnson cuts. This is good QB play.Rudolph is still learningBut it wasn’t all roses, as Rudolph showed he doesn’t have that comfort level on all the plays.Donte Moncrief is the WR closest to the bottom of the screen.Moncrief makes a nice move on his release and is past his defender. No defender is between him and 6 points. The pass gets to him, but it is just too far out of bounds for Moncrief to bring in. But to really get what happened here we need a different angle.Look at Rudolph’s helmet, he wants to go to McDonald, but McDonald is stumbling and by the time he gets balanced the LB is closing. That’s when Rudolph turns to look downfield to the wide open Donte Moncrief. Below you can see the moment Rudolph’s helmet is fully turned and he can see Moncrief.Notice the arrow showing where Moncrief is on the field at this point. If you go back to the gif, you can count from that moment to the moment Rudolph slaps the ball and starts his throw. It’s almost exactly 1 second. Moncrief is running fast here, but not full speed. If we assume he’s running at 15 MPH that second would be more than 7 yards of turf his WR has covered in that span, and if we look at the point where Rudolph releases the ball we can see that distance has been covered.Rudolph is toward the top right corner, you can see he is about to throw the ball. The arrow shows where that pass is going to end up.Moncrief was on the right hashmark at the 27-28 yard line when Mason looks his way. Here Moncrief is almost to the numbers at the 19-20 yard line. Moncrief has traveled roughly 8 yards. Rudolph’s pass would end up about a yard out of bounds. If Rudolph had started his pass 0.2 seconds earlier that ball could have been safely in bounds for a big gain. If he had started his throw 0.5 seconds or less after seeing Moncrief it’s a TD.That’s the NFL, that’s the difference between elite QBs and guys that get cut in the preseason. How fast can the QB process what they are seeing, make the right decision and get the ball in the air. Rudolph showed a quick read and decision on the conversion to Diontae Johnson, but here he doesn’t have it. It’s not that he’s incapable, he’s shown he can do it, now it is a matter of how long it takes Rudoph to get comfortable in different situations.Ryan Fitzpatrick knows all the tricksFor a contrast to Rudolph’s inexperience all you have to do is look across the field to Ryan Fitzpatrick, a veteran QB who has stuck around not because of talent, but because he makes plays that earned him the nickname Fitzmagic. But it isn’t magic, it’s just high level play recognition and quick decision making.3rd and 14 conversion on the Dolphins second TD drive. This play doesn’t look like much, Fitzpatrick scrambles and finds a WR for a first down, but when you look deeper, this is an impressive play from the QB. Miami has 7 protectors blocking 3 rushers Jerome Bettis Jersey , and they are running 3 curl routes against Cover 3. Each WR is double teamed, with the curl defenders in the passing lanes and the CBs behind the WRs. The middle curl has 3 yards, Minkah Fitzpatrick and Devin Bush between the receiver and the first down. Before Fitzpatrick scrambles there is nowhere to go on this play. Before this gif starts Miami had a RB outside their WR on top of the screen that Fitzpatrick called in to block and he audibled. The Steelers then moved, including Terrell Edmunds and Minkah Fitzpatrick changing from more of a cover-2 look to Edmunds being deep middle and Fitzpatrick moving up to guard the first down line. That’s important because the Steelers won the pre-snap chess match. The Dolphins are running man beating routes against cover-3 and have 7 protectors against a 3-man rush. Fitzpatrick steps away from Hargrave’s diving penetration, but he didn’t need to scramble like he did, he could have stopped there and been safe for several more seconds, but if we look from a different angle we can see how Ryan Fitzpatrick turned a defensive win into a new set of downs.Fitzpatrick isn’t just scrambling, he is moving the whole play to the right and looking to Cameron Sutton’s right. Sutton starts moving right to cover for the threat of a QB run outside and the threat of a pass to the sideline for a first down. But as soon as he turns his hips Ryan Fitzpatrick starts the throw. By scrambling like he did Fitzpatrick moved Sutton out of a passing lane that was previously unavailable. If you mentally mark where Cam was standing when he turned his hips you can see the throw goes right through where he was. the kind of play that gets you the reputation as a magician. Will the real “Fitzmagic” please stand up.Minkah Fitzpatrick is the deep safety to the left of the screen.Minkah Fitzpatrick’s second interception off a tipped ball was a big play in this game, and helped turn the fortunes of the Steelers around. The play is impressive because of how fast Fitzpatrick changes direction and gets to the ball. You can see it better zoomed in.That is elite reaction time, agility and quickness, and that is the kind of interception we haven’t seen in Pittsburgh since #43 was making incredible interceptions off tipped balls.Minkah Fitzpatrick might be even quicker than Troy, and that kind of elite ability tells us that we can expect more of these interceptions in the future. Turnovers don’t correlate to future turnovers, we’ve all heard that in a season where the Steelers are forcing turnovers at a rate we haven’t seen since 2010. But the turnovers are being driven by traits of the players we have added to the team, with 11 of the 19 turnovers being recorded by Devin Bush, Minkah Fitzpatrick and Mark Barron, there are grounds to believe that the Steelers will continue to be able to take advantage of opportunities that are presented them. The Steelers didn’t win convincingly over the Dolphins, but they showed the traits that have gotten them back to a game away from .500, and they showed that there is hope for continued improvement. Hopefully there is enough improvement in the next week to help the Steelers get a win against the Colts.

Friday afternoon the Raiders left the facility in Alameda and headed for the airport. They boarded the first leg of a long journey that won’t have back in their own beds for ten days.Today they are waking up in Indianapolis ready to prepare for their game against the Colts on Sunday. That’s a 5-hour flight covering 1933 miles. No big deal Womens Derek Carr Jersey , really. They just went to Minneapolis last week which is about the same. But unlike their trip to Minneapolis, they won’t be boarding a flight back home Sunday night. They will be leaving the country. That trip is nearly 4000 miles and about 8 hours flight time. Which is better than their trip straight from Oakland to London last year, arriving the day before the game.In London the Raiders will set up camp and practice throughout the week, acclimating their bodies to the time change before facing the Chicago Bears as Tottenham Hotspur stadium next Sunday.“Well, obviously we are playing in Indianapolis this week and it’s an eight-hour flight I believe from Indianapolis to London,” Gruden said Friday. “Doesn’t make sense flying five hours back to California, then 14 hours to London. That had a lot to do with it and obviously what we did last year didn’t work out on the scoreboard, and it didn’t give me any reason to not try something else. So, we are going to go over there and have a great time and prepare our hearts out to hopefully play a good game in London.”It’s 10am in California and 6pm in London right now, so there is a significant time difference to consider. Jet lag is real. After the game, they will board their flight home which will be 5357 miles and have them on the plane for close to 12 hours. For a combined total of 11,290 miles flown. There are seven NFL teams that don’t fly that many miles all season. That’s also 25 hours on planes, and ten days away from home. Good thing they have the bye week afterward. They’re going to need it.Follow @LeviDamienRaiders first quarter report For a moment it looked as if the Raiders would get off to an 0-4 start, but thanks to a week four come from behind win in overtime the Raiders finish the first quarter of the season witha 1-3 record. It certainly has not been the start Raiders players, coaches, and fans were hoping for.Anytime your head coach and general manager trades a future hall of fame pass rusher away one week before the season, things are bound to be a little rocky. There are multiple ways to assess the first four weeks of the 2018 season, and that depends greatly on if you are a “glass half full” or “glass half empty” kind of thinker. No matter how you look at it, the Raiders have earned themselves a 1-3 record, last in the AFC west division.Offensive and defensive ranksCurrently, the Raiders rank second in total offense with 1,767 yards (441.8 per game). The majority of the yards come through the air (333 per game). It was nice to see Marshawn Lynch have a big game in week four, the run game needs to improve if the Raiders are to have success in the next quarter in the season. The Raiders average 108.8 rushing yards per game, 15th in the NFL.Despite the high volume of yardage, points have come at a premium.Point totals of 13, 19, and 20 before the 45 point explosion versus the Browns.Derek Carr ranks fourth in yards passing with 1 Womens Antonio Brown Jersey ,373, 20th in touchdown passes with six, and fourth in completion percentage (71%).As good as the numbers look for Carr, a major reason for the Raiders three loses is Carr’s carelessness with the football.A stat no quarterback ever wants to lead the league in is interceptions.Derek Carr’s seven interceptions is tops in the league.Marshawn Lynch has quietly put together a great first quarter of the season. His 300 yards rushing ranks fourth in the league. He also has scored three touchdowns.Jared Cook, surprisingly ranks 10th in receiving yards with 370 yards on 26 receptions.Cook has benefited from Jon Gruden’s ability to call up plays that put Cook in favorable match ups.Defensively, the unit has shown flashes of great things but statistically they rank 5th in total yards given up with 1,610 (402.5 per game). They also give up the second most points in the league, 123 (30.8 per game). There’s no way around it the run defense has been bad, giving up 139.3 yards per game (3rd in NFL).With a nonexistent pass rush, the secondary has been asked to do more.Unfortunately, they have not been able to answer the bell consistently enough. The 1,053 yards of passing given up ranks them 15th.The underlining issue is lack of pass rush.Without Mack, the defensive line does not have a player capable of demanding double teams or who teams need to game plan against. The Raiders have five sacks on the season, dead last in the NFL. One final glaring stat from the first quarter of the season is the turnover differential. The defense has only generated 5 takeaways, four came against the Browns.Derek Carr’s seven interceptions puts the Raiders at a negative two turnover differential (T-20th).lays to choose from but for me the highlight play from the first four games took place in the overtime win against the Browns. With 4:39 left to play in overtime, the Raiders on their own 26-yard line were faced with a critical 3rd and 3.Both teams had possessed the ball once, so it was next score wins.As he had been doing all game, Browns defensive coordinator, Gregg Williams dialed up a blitz.Derek Carr stood tall in the pocket knowing he was going to take a big hit. With pressure in his face, Carr delivered a beautiful ball to Jared Cook.As great as the throw was, Cook made an unbelievable catch as he was laying out full extension for the ball.Derek Carr took a brutal hit to the chest but got up and finished off the drive that would eventually end with a Matt McCrane game winning 29 yard field goal. What to expect in the next fourThe schedule looks fairly friendly in the next quarter of the season. In week five the Raiders will travel south to take on the Chargers. That should feel more like a home game. This game is especially important being a divisional game.Week 6, the Raiders make the trip over the pond to take on the Seattle Seahawks.Seattle certainly isn’t the franchise they once were.A lot depends in this game on how well the players adapt to the long travel and schedule adjustments they will face.Returning home from London, the Raiders have their bye week. After that they welcome in the Indianapolis Colts.Andrew Luck has looked pretty good in his return to the field, but this is still a roster that lacks talent. This is a very winnable game for the Raiders. In week 8, the Raiders will play their third game in four weeks in their home state of California when they head to Santa Clara to play the 49ers in primetime on Thursday night football. The 49ers two best players have been lost for the season with ACL tears, the Raiders will fully expect to win this one.

He’s fine now John Elway Jersey White , but the moments after a collision with a teammate were frightening for Broncos cornerback De’Vante Bausby.Via Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com, Bausby said he “couldn’t move” for 30 minutes after the hit, which required him to be taken off the field on a backboard.Asked Tuesday if he was afraid during the process, Bausby went through the details fairly casually, for a guy talking about possible paralysis.“Little bit, . . . I was never unconscious, I just couldn’t move, but I was still talking and everything,” he said. “The doc, the neurologist said I was going to be fine and I just trusted that, and after about 30 minutes I was able to wiggle my toes and after a couple hours I was able to regain full mobility so I was straight, I was fine. . . .“They said I was paralyzed for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes I could wiggle my toes and after two hours I could move everything else.”Despite that, he said he was eager to return to the field.“Strengthen my (neck) muscles again and I’ll be good to go Womens Royce Freeman Jersey ,” Bausby said.Bausby was injured while tackling Chargers running back Austin Ekeler, when he collided with teammate Alexander Johnson. The team’s medical staff quickly removed his facemask, stabilized him, and he was rushed to Los Angeles Trauma Center. There, he was tested, and cleared quickly enough to make the team plane home.“I was just happy [to return with the team],” Bausby said. “I was ready to get up out of there . . . Los Angeles Trauma Center, I was ready to get up out of there, happy to rejoin my team on the plane ride back here . . . I was just calm and I just trusted what the doc was saying.”He’s expected to miss some time (as one does when paralyzed for a half-hour), but coach Vic Fangio said there was no timetable for his return. GLENDALE, Ariz. — Emmanuel Sanders threw and caught touchdown passes, Denver returned two interceptions for first-quarter touchdowns and the Broncos snapped a four-game losing streak with a 45-10 rout of the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday night.Todd Davis returned rookie Josh Rosen‘s deflected pass for a touchdown on the second play of the game and Chris Harris Jr. took another back 53 yards for a score with 2:02 left in the quarter as the Broncos (3-4) opened a 21-3 lead.Rosen threw three interceptions and fumbled the ball away twice on a rough night that began badly for him and never got better. He limped off the field after he was sacked for the fifth time, on a fourth-and-16 play near the end of the game. The Cardinals (1-6), down 35-3 at the half Courtland Sutton Jersey , fell to 0-4 at home for the first time since 1979.Case Keenum completed 14 of 21 passes for 161 yards and a touchdown with one interception for Denver. Phillip Lindsay rushed for 90 yards on 14 carries, including a 28-yard TD run.Rosen had called a time out after the game’s first play. Then his pass was deflected by the outstretched hand of defensive end Derek Wolfe. The ball dropped into the hands of Davis, who ran it in from there.Arizona followed with a three-and-out and the Broncos quickly made it 14-0 with a six-play, 77-yard drive. Sanders took the ball on an end around and threw to a wide open Courtland Sutton 28 yards for the touchdown. on Rosen’s second “pick six.” In a third-and-one situation from the Arizona 46, Rosen passed but there was no one near the ball except Harris, who returned it 53 yards to make it 21-3.The Broncos made it 28-3 in the second quarter when Keenum found Harris wide open on a 64-yard TD play, the Denver receiver doing a front flip over the goal line.A pass interference play against Bene Benwikere in the end zone set up Royce Freeman‘s one-yard TD run that made it 35-3 with 21 seconds left in the half. The run capped a 15-play, 70-yard drive that used up 6:39.The Arizona fans booed as the team left the field for the half, while there were cheers from the sizable contingent of orange-clad Broncos supporters.FITZ SCORESThe Cardinals got their only touchdown in the third quarter, Rosen throwing four yards to Larry Fitzgerald for the score. Fitzgerald’s first TD catch of the season came at the end of an 11-play, 63-yard drive that followed Patrick Peterson‘s interception. Fitzgerald’s 111 career TDs tie him with Tony Gonzalez for seventh on the NFL’s career list.INJURIESArizona tight end Ricky Seals-Jones, trying to run down Rosen’s fumble, slammed his left forearm against an opponent’s helmet and didn’t return.UP NEXTCardinals host San Francisco on Oct. 28.
